Questions about paying

When do I get charged?

Once a month, on the same date you started. Nothing up front and no setup fee.

Is there a contract?

No. Send an email and it stops at the end of the month you have already paid for.

What if I need another device later?

Email us and we will move you up a plan. You pay the difference from the next month.

Do you give refunds?

No. You can stop at any time and you keep what you have paid for until that month runs out, but we do not refund months already gone.
