How many computers and phones, and roughly what they are. Email is fine. You do not need to know the technical details.

We do the setting up

We buy the licence, build your account and configure it properly before it ever reaches you.

Click the link and you are done

One link per device, about two minutes each. Nothing to configure. Nothing to remember to check.

We keep it running

The licence stays paid up and current. If you ever need anything, you email us and a person replies.

A real person answers. There is no phone menu.

What we do not do

We are not watching your computer day and night. Anyone charging $25 a month and telling you they have people watching your screen around the clock is not being straight with you.

What we do is get the good software onto your devices, keep it paid up and current, and answer your emails within one business day. The software does the watching.

And if the computer itself is playing up — running slow, printer will not connect — that is not us. We look after the security software, not the machine.
